Dr. Ian Gardner
Our Managing Director, Ian Gardner, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing with almost 40 years’ experience in managing social housing and related businesses. As Principal Consultant, Ian undertakes most of the work directly. From time to time, the company also engages well-qualified associate consultants with similar experience and sub-contracts specialist work to other consultancies where appropriate.
